My budget eyeshadow palette collection …

Hi guys,

To be quite honest with you, I don’t really wear eyeshadow. Day to day, I wear a little mascara and liquid eyeliner but on a night out I do like to glam up my eyes a little with some sparkle or a smokey eye.

I do have individual pots and shades but I have a couple of palettes that feature my “go to” shades. I would love to try the more expensive palettes but for all I use them, it isn’t really worth it.

Collection eyes uncovered smokey eyes – £3.99

Collection eyes uncovered nude bronze – £2.99

Both of the collection palettes are super cheap – the packaging is not plastic, it’s a bit cardboard like which gives it a cheaper feel but the product itself is fab. The colours are all so useable. Often, you get shades that you just wouldn’t use in a palette but I have used every one in these. They are super pigmented too which is fab as it first goes on. The only issue is that they aren’t as long wearing as other brands I have used previously.

Revolution mermaids vs unicorns – £4.00

This palette is amazing. To be completely honest, I have only used this palette twice. Once was for Halloween for a black swan look and the other one was to add a pop of colour on a night out – I will probably use some of these shades in the future but I do think it may be for fancy dress purposes rather than a night out. However, the colour is very long lasting and the colours really pop out. If you are quite daring with the eyeshadows you choose, you need this palette. For the price as well, it is unreal.

Revolution iconic smokey – £5.00

This is my most used palette. I take this on my hols or for weekends away as the shades are so versatile. You can create smokey and nude looks with the one palette. It even has a mirror built in which is fab for taking away too. Saves you taking a travel mirror!

This is a palette I will repurchase when it runs out. The colours are really long lasting too – it still looks fab when you’re rolling home from your night out!

So, that is it for my budget eyeshadow palettes – have you got any you can recommend?
