We wet to the Waterfront Bar & Kitchen recently for a Sunday lunch and it was absolutely divine! I love going to Hartlepool Marina to eat because if you get a good seat near the window, you can watch the boats. Much nicer in the Summer though.
We like to support the bars and restaurants on the Marina and in Seaton Carew as parking charges wiped out a lot of their trade! Inside is a subtle nautical theme. Not too overdone but nice and subtle. It was very quiet while we were there.
We sat down and ordered some drinks first. Chris had a pint of Blue Moon which was on draft and I just got a coke. Their menu is quite good, 1 course is £8.95, 2 course is £10.95 and 3 courses is 12.95. For the starters you could get pate, soup or potato skins. Chris had the pate and I ordered the potato skins. The main was a sunday roast with either beef, chicken, pork or a veggie option. I opted for beef and he went for pork. We didn’t make it to dessert unfortunately as we were sooooo full! The meals were so delicious and we were stuffed so had to have a walk before going back to the car!
The total bill only came to £28.40 which I think is a really good price!
